Stats offline & online non working

Good eveninig,
I've been havin troubles with the stats softeare:

1- When i run the bf2spcc, offline, i can manage with all introducing dats. But when i get to the stats place, i get the error that stats is not able to work cause ports are open.

I do the check ports utility and says that no ports are open 80 and 3306. so i close everyting and open the stats.exe aplication and set the number 4 system test and again says no ports are open.

results that i cannot run the stats on bf2spcc.

2- When i run the stats.exe, on number 1, the console says to run bf2 program an to close it when im finished. I play 3 rounds on singleplayer off line, then close bf2.exe and hit the space bar to close stats.exe.

It does his job and then i go to web server to see all progress, and the web sats appear 10 names but with points 0.... What!! i've been earning points and they dont come on.

All this after makeing a hosts.ics and redirecting to 127.0.0.1 bf2web.gamespy.com.

What am i doing wrong?

Please need help.

Also online stats not working.
